Passenger Assistant Training (PATs)

Our Passenger Assistant Training (PATs) program is designed to equip our team with the knowledge and skills to support passengers, particularly those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This training covers best practices in communication, safe boarding, and deboarding, and how to handle challenging situations with patience and care. With PAT certification, our staff can confidently ensure that every journey is safe, comfortable, and stress-free for all passengers.

Buccal Midazolam Administration

Buccal Midazolam is a crucial medication for individuals with epilepsy, and knowing how to administer it correctly can be life-saving. Our training program ensures that our team is fully prepared to handle seizures by providing step-by-step instruction on administering Buccal Midazolam. This course covers everything from recognising when it’s needed to ensuring correct dosage and safe administration, giving peace of mind to families and carers who trust us with their loved ones’ care.

First Aid Training
